I would still like to solve this issue as I have seen it on other forums and it seems to be somewhat common on this mobo. I've just been doing video editing so far and not really taxed the card too much. To make sure your FSB is not somehow cranked up too high, reset the CMOS with the CMOS clear jumper. The graphics card is installed correctly. but, now I don't know if it's the cpu or the board, and buying the 4400 and finding out it is the board would not be good! I have been trying to determine why ,y ASUS A8N SLI Premium mobo won't boot. If nothing else works, then see if you can swap out your memory with a known working module.

I never used SLI and had the BIOS properly configured for a single card. I get one long and 2 short beeps.
Also, no third party cooling.
